KPS Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, inquiring, or using our cleaning, maintenance, or water treatment services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

KPS provides a wide range of cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• STP and ETP tank cleaning
• Drain, manhole, and pipeline jetting
• Water tank cleaning and RWH pit cleaning
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for industries, institutions, and businesses
• Turnkey projects, retrofitting, and consulting solutions

The scope, timelines, and pricing of each service will be agreed upon before commencement of work through written communication, quotation, or contract.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client of KPS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
• Ensure safe access to the site/location for our service team.
• Comply with payment terms as per invoice or AMC agreement.
• Not misuse our services for illegal or unauthorized activities.

4. Pricing and Payments

Service costs are shared with you through estimates or quotations. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. KPS reserves the right to withhold or terminate services for overdue payments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the specific agreement or AMC contract. Advance payments may be non-refundable for services already mobilized.

6. Service Limitations

While we use advanced equipment and trained staff to deliver the best outcomes, KPS does not guarantee results beyond practical and technical limitations. External factors such as site conditions, weather, or regulatory restrictions may affect service delivery.

7. Liability Disclaimer

KPS will not be held liable for damages or losses arising from misuse of services, delayed access to sites, unforeseen hazards, or third-party interference. Clients are responsible for ensuring site safety, including electrical and structural conditions, prior to service execution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of KPS and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Amendments

KPS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our company’s registered office region.
